Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders generally process within 1–3 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing estimates are not delivery guarantees. If an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and refund the original payment method.
U.S. Delivery
Available services, costs, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Free standard U.S. shipping may be offered when an order reaches the threshold shown on the site after discounts and before tax. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
We send tracking to the checkout email when the carrier accepts the package. Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be located.
30-Day Return Window
Eligible items must be received by us or handed to the authorized return carrier within 30 days after recorded delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance or cosmetic marks, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Product-Specific Conditions
Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned with the original shoe box protected inside an outer shipping carton. Bags must include all straps, pouches, dust bags, and accessories. Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible unless required by law.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping fees, if any, are disclosed when a return is initiated. Original expedited shipping is not refundable unless the return results from our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, generally within 7–10 business days; financial institutions may require additional time.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
Email hello@cakechic.top within 7 days after delivery with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy consistent with applicable law.
